STEP 02 — 60-MINUTE SESSION
We install it together
We run the install script, select 2–4 skill packs based on your role, wire your Gmail and Calendar, and walk through your first live session together.
STEP 03 — DAY ONE
Open it and use it
Open Claude Code in your install folder. Your EA already knows who you are. Type a trigger phrase and your first skill session starts. No re-explaining. No setup. Ready.
